Bronze and Marble Wall Hung Console in the Style of Giacometti

A refined wall-mounted console table combining sculptural bronze work with the understated elegance of marble.

The rectangular top is formed from a single slab of pale marble, softly rounded at the corners and lightly veined, offering a calm and luminous surface. Subtle tonal variations in the stone lend natural character while maintaining an overall sense of restraint.

Supporting the top is an intricate cast bronze base with a rich, naturally aged patina. The structure is composed of slender legs and stretchers arranged in a geometric framework, with intersecting diagonal supports creating a rhythmic, architectural pattern. Decorative circular bosses punctuate the horizontal stretchers, adding both visual interest and a sense of balance to the design. The bronze surface shows attractive variation in tone, enhancing its depth and sculptural presence.

Although visually delicate, the base has a strong, grounded quality, contrasting beautifully with the smooth, refined marble above. The combination of materials evokes classical influences while remaining distinctly modern in its linear clarity.
