Set of Six Pine and Boucle Scandianavian Dining Chairs
Code: 12509
Dimensions:
A sculptural set of six Scandinavian dining chairs, crafted in solid pine and dating to the late 20th century.
Each chair features a distinctive hand-cut backrest composed of softly contoured vertical planks, shaped with subtle asymmetry and gentle curves that give the set a strong architectural presence. The warm honeyed tone of the pine reveals expressive grain and natural knots, lending character and depth to the surface.
The seats have been newly upholstered in a textured ivory bouclé, offering a quiet contrast to the warmth of the wood and adding comfort without distracting from the form.
Sturdy and well-balanced, these chairs sit comfortably between rustic and modern sensibilities, well suited to both refined interiors and relaxed dining spaces.
Seat height 49cm
